Jersey City World Aids Day

On Friday December 1, 2017 the Jersey City Department of Health and Human Services, RWJ Barnabas/Jersey City Medical Center, and Jersey City's AIDS Task Force together hosted a World AIDS Day Walk.

The Walk started from the Jersey City Medical Center and ended at City Hall. At City Hall there was a number of officials that spoke. 

The list included Councilwoman Joyce Watterman; Stacey L. Flanagan, director of the Department of Health & Human Services; Chad Balodis, director of the Hudson County HIV Planning Council; and Dr. Jack O'Brien with CarePoint Bayonne Medical Center.

The AmeriCorps VISTA team were out also helping with the walk and helping to feed everyone at the event!
