9/11 was designated as a National Day of Service by President Barack Obama in 2009 to honor those who lost their lives. Join Serve Jersey City and volunteer on the 15th anniversary of the September 11th terrorist attacks.

The youth court's purpose is to keep young people charged with minor offenses out of the criminal justice system by having them judged by a court of their peers. Looking to volunteer? The Jersey City Youth Court is looking to recruit about 40 young people interested in criminal justice to serve as judges, attorneys, and jurors. The program will launch this fall.
